Profile
1)   Couple of years operational experience with Exchange Online (part of Office 365) and / or comparable Exchange cloud services.

2)   Solid technical understanding and operational support experience of Exchange 2010 and previous releases (6 + years)

3)   Excellent English verbal (and written skill) and ability to communicate well, project manage and work virtually. Main locations to work with will be Secaucus and Europe. Also Trivandrum, India.

4)   Approximate duration will be 6 to 8 months Role The person filling this role would work with a number of managerial and technical individuals in the current Domino & Messaging team and potentially the Service Desk.

They would:
1)   Advise on the roles and responsibilities necessary for internal technical support in an Exchange Online scenario. For example, we will need internal SMEs who know the Exchange configuration in EY’s internal AD, RMS, Site topology, internal connectivity configuration etc. EY currently do not have the knowledge to determine the exact responsibilities, skill / experience needed etc.

2)   Determining roles and responsibilities and tasklists for administering Exchange Online. What skill level is required for people who administer Exchange Online, How do we train them, how many do we need, what type of activities are involved etc

3)   Help producing operational support documentation

4)   Help train L3 and Service Desk (L2) future Exchange support staff
